- Oxygen reaches your blood with the help of the lungs, so strengthening the lungs is important.
- When you breathe in, some polluted particles along with oxygen, get into your body, which affects the lungs. So, you need to do a few daily exercises to strengthen them.
- Breathing exercises help to keep the mind calm and relax your body. To do one of these, breathe for 4 seconds so that your lungs fill with oxygen. Then, exhale for 4 seconds. Do this daily for 5 minutes.
