How to Follow the Paleo Diet in the Modern World
We all know that the people from the Paleolithic era or Stone Age ate whole foods or anything they found before they learned of agriculture. This is also known as a cave dweller’s diet, prehistoric, or the hunter-gatherer’s diet. While we do not know what people from this era ate, researchers conclude that their staple diet was wholefoods. This diet program is not complex. You only have to include more fruits and vegetables with regular physical activity. Moreover, you have to cut down on the intake of processed foods. There was no fixed diet plan that the Paleolithic humans followed; they ate what was available to them. Some of them concentrated on foods that are low in carbohydrates, some only ate animal meat, and others ate fruits and vegetables.
